Refund policy
At Bare3, your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, we're happy to offer a return or exchange service under the following terms:
Return & Exchange Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all its contents intact (labels, bags, manuals, accessories).
- The product must not be damaged or missing any parts due to misuse.
- The purchase invoice or order number must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products whose packaging has been opened or that have been used.
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Discounted or promotional items (where applicable).
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order through one of the following channels:
- Facebook page messages
- Instagram direct messages
- Include your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and photos of the product if possible.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, we'll arrange to collect the product from you or guide you through the return process.
Refunds
- Once we receive the product and confirm it meets the return conditions, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds are issued through the same payment method used at checkout.
- For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, your installment plan will be automatically adjusted in line with the provider's policies.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or one that doesn't match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, along with clear photos. We'll resolve the issue immediately at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, Bare3 will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is due to the customer's preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
